Worried about service.

So after their ID verification system failed on me, and many emails back and forth, more often me chasing offer them for answers and finding out what's going on, I eventually got verified my order successful. Now after reading these reviews I'm having doubts about receiving my items. 2 phones and a PS4 bundle. I'll change my review once the items are in my hands, when and if they arrive.
