*********** with Bad attitude staff

Rentoza has *********** people with bad attitude working for them. I have ordered 2 aappliances by them. A washing machine and a Microwave. The washing machine gets delivered but the microwave doesn't. I have paid them upfrint for this transaction. Due to tbeir bad attitude they start demanding payment for both appliances from me. I then tell them i haven't received the microwave. I am stillwaiting for delivery. Ended up cancelling the order for the microwave because i was irritated by their abuse. When i ask for my refund tbey tell me, the microwave was delivered and therefore cannot refund me. Are they accusing me of theft? I am waiting to hear this one.
