Where is my phone

Hi my phone was collected last week Tuesday and I was told I should get it back in a day or two. It was sent back because the signal was lost. Now I have not been told where the phone is what is happening. Am I going to get the phone back. Nothing has been communicated back. I have in touch with their support for the past few days and they told me the would get back to me a day late. No surprise when no one called me and I reached to support again and I was asked to explain my query again. After reaping myself 3 days in a row. They went silent. I have already paid for the August subscription and they took the phone back due to some technical issues. But now no one is telling me what is going on. Am I going to get the phone back or not?
