WHERE IS MY ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order#235111 all the way in February 2026, till date no communication or update. Their website has a WhatsApp number of which they always promise to connect you to an agent but they never do. Tried Facebook and I was told I should get my order on the 11th of May, Today is the 15th and still no update or communication from them, yet the were very active when and calling me non-stop when I hadn't gone through with the order, They were willing to assist with the challenges I was facing. As soon as they have your money they forget you even exist. You send out emails but they never respond; they just log a ticket and leave it at that.

Worst service ever! I can never recommend this company to anyone because there is honestly nothing good about them
