Good morning all
Please note I sent the Xbox Elite Limited Edition Controller - 18. On the 08th May 2024 as it had stick drift and started giving problems, I checked the online warranty of the product on the Microsoft website as all Microsoft products have a 12 month warranty, the warranty on the product i received expired in 2022, I received the product in 2023. I followed up and the consultant mentioned that the product is going to be repaired and NOT REPLACED, now this is not right for me to be paying for a defaulted product that's warranty with Microsoft has expired and just going to be repaired.
i would like a new product with a valid microsoft warranty, please take this defaulted product up with the Microsoft themselves as the product was designed NOT TO HAVE STICK DRIFT hence the price of the product being so expensive.
im not being unreasonable with my request for a new product. i will be awaiting your soonest reply seeing that its 20 days ago i sent the product back to you
