Waiting too long, have to constantly follow up and getting same generic response.

Great marketing campaign and somewhat responsive app and website, deals looked good and placed an order, unfortunatly after waiting nearly 2 months with multiple 7-10 business promises, I have unfortunatly still not recieved my order, I was patient and was hoping it was a slight delay. but didnt seem to be the case. I followed numerious times, unfortunatly I am now hoping for a speedy refund and hope the order vs supply and service delivery improves, unfortunatly for me, I ran out of patience and follow ups.
