Waiting over a month for a fridge I paid for

Order a Fridge on the 24th of October and I'm still waiting. I always have to buy takeaways and they are eating away what could have been my savings. They keep saying next week, and next week, next week again. I will be blocking their next month's transaction until they bring my fridge
