VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again I have to complain about Rentoza. My first device I had an issue with. Upon contacting Chris Govender the owner my problem was resolved promptly and efficiently. So I decided now to take out a second device for my daughter. Order placed 4 September for an Iphone 8. Constant emails back and forth and eventually im told there is a shortage of that phone. I then had to choose another devise Samsung A32DS. Well it is now 22 September and still no device has been despatched. Every time i am promised another date. I was told that today 22 September by no later I will have my device despatched. Well, i get an email to say that there is another delay. But yet in the contract that is signed it is stated that im expected to start payments on the 4th of October.... with no device received???????????????????????????????????????????? All I want is the device despatched and even emails to Chris Govender this time get ignored. What on earth is going on there!!!!!!!!!!!
