very very bad service and very disappointing

the worst company ever, i ordered a fridge and paid for it.. I couldn't pass the address verification because its not the same as my actual address, they told me to submit the shipping proof of address which i did, and mind you I'm buying the fridge for my son. Their service is poor i have been basically asking assistance for more than 7days and still no assistance, only to be rejected and I'm told that my refund be paid within 14days and that time my son needs a fridge. The person who referred warned me not to go to this company because they are a current customer but they are not satisfied
