Very very bad service

So i took a phone and a microwave at Rentoza and few months back, with Rentoza you order your things and make a payment and then you will receive your items within 7 days which did not happen and way finally received my items not complaining about the bad delivery service.

Any way i get paid on the last day of the month and each month i get a Email to stay my account is due on the 26th of every month. There was this one month i ask my sister to make a payment for me because i was on maternity leave so she made the payment out of her account and since that time come the 26the of the month they debit from her account i told them already that's not my account but Rentoza just don't give two ****s anyway back and front with them they tell me i need to pay R300 to change my debit order date and details made you my account is only R410 i couldn't make the payment on the 31 of January because i have dead in the family and didnt think about paying then the R410 which is my installment just to get home today 3 of February my sister inlaw to me Rentoza people were here for the items and to top it of the guy who is coming for the items tells my sister inlaw i didnt pay my account in months as far as i know you guys received your payments every single month yes it was late with 2 to 3 days but you got your money and they are now picking up the items because i didnt make payment yet which i said today over the phone i will make the payment tomorrow 4th of February. You guys are so quick to come pick up your items for 2 to 3 days late payment but when your delivery took so long a person can't complain. I would really like to know where and how come the driver say o didn't pay my account i have proof that i did pay my account the only payment outstanding is for January . How on the hell can he tell the people in my road and my sister i didnt pay my account for month

I would never in my life recommend Rentoza to anybody and the call center staff is so rude and talk with a attitude.
