Very very bad company and very poor service

I regret ever crossing paths with this company. I paid R699 two months ago, and even after my application was declined, I am still waiting for my refund. I strongly advise others not to use this company. They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, and when they finally do, they only mention that the matter is being “escalated” with no real progress. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not make the same mistake again.
