Very Unprofessional

Rentoza was supose to deliver a 13kg Samsung washing mashine long-time ago the date was 29 November 2023 and guess what I still dont have my washing mashine, Rentoza's terms and conditions states if the item is not delivered they won't debit your account, they debited R600 from my account for something that is up until now not delivered to me, now I have to use my time to go to the bank and reverse the money cause I won't pay for something that is not delivered.
