Very Poor Service and Communication from Rentoza

I’m extremely disappointed with Rentoza’s service. It took them an unreasonably long time to let me know that my order had been cancelled — after I had already been waiting for an update for ages.

Now I’m still waiting for my refund, and there’s been little to no communication or urgency from their side. The whole experience has been frustrating and feels unprofessional.

I expected better service and transparency. I hope Rentoza improves their communication and refund process so other customers don’t go through the same experience.
