Very disappointed

It has been the worst experience. We have been waiting for 5 months for our order. We have been promised from day one that it is "coming in a week". Until today, nothing. If you're able to get hold of someone to speak to, they tell you they have no stock but will a s you'll get it on X date but it never happens. It's very frustrating. They were very quick to take our money and now we have no items and can't even get hold of someone to cancel it.
