VERY BAD SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM RENTOZA

lf I could I'd even take away the one star, they are a bunch of ****mers!

My contract ended March of this year, no one made me aware of it as I had lost track of the amount of payments made, I eventually sent an email to them to make them aware of the contracted ended yet I was still paying for about 3 months the full subscription, I spoke to one of their agents in June and she advised me on the buyout price and I said okay I'll pay it off within 3 months, she said she'll send me the agreement for the buyout price, that was in June mind you! I never recieved anything I kept sending multiple emails spoke to different people everytime which made me even more mad because now I have to keep explaining my issue, I only got the buyout price agreement in September!!!! I paid the buyout amount in September October and November! which was my last payment, these people sent me a payment reminder email this month and then boom waking up the phone is locked AGAIN! How *********** can these people be!!! I am sick and tired of being made a fool everytime I will no longer stand for this ******* of a company.
