Very bad service

Very very unhappy. I app**** for a watch over rentoza. I live in Aggeneys the town is developed through the mine so the street address will not appear on google maps. Now today they have decided to decline me because of my address problem and they just can't use my work adress. No communications form them what so ever I have asked them so many times to please phone me so I can explain the situation to them about the addresses very very bad service. This just show how they will treat there new clients. They even took my first installment without even trying to assist me.
