VERY BAD SERVICE

How I wish I would have read the review before trying to be a subcriber!!

First I tried to order but had complications, reached out on the chat box and whatsapp no help just only a robot! I got tired of this and cancelled my order AND NOW I'M STRUGGLING TO GET MY SIMPLE REFUND!.. NO COMMUNICATION OR WHATSOEVER!!.. They said they had problems processing my refund when I did a follow-up and I should send bank details and I did but still NOTHING!!!
