Verification process a pain

Their verification process is a pain. you pay for the item but they refuse to verify you but have taken money from your account. I tried numerous times with no luck. Banking details got verified without any hustle but their system cannot verify my ID after trying to complete the process it gives me same results. Error when sending to the server. I logged multiple calls to get this resolved with no luck. I am disappointed.
