USELESS service

If it is possible to give a negative rating I would...

I am trying to pay my second phone and have literally begged for the link to do the payment so that they can unlock my phone, but not even a smoke signal from them.

They do not answer any of "social media" messages. They are quick to lock your phone if not paid, but after that they do not give a **** what happens...

I would most definitely not recommend them. They just do not get back to you at all!!!!!

I am so frustrated and I suppose if a company does not have a CONTACT NUMBER to phone, it sure do say alot.

Please send me the link so that I can pay, I need my phone!!!!!!!!!
