Useless company

This is the useless company i have ever seen. This company is quick to take your money and do follow up on whats up to remind you that you have not paid for your order. But when you have paid the money and no longer interested in their pathetic service and just require a refund to be process. The are all ignoring your emails and making as if you didnt pay. At least now i know how this modus operandi works will be the first person to make sure that none of my family giving their hard earned money to suck a sham of a company.The Its 5 days waiting for finance department to process my refund but emails are going unattended.
