Useless company

I have been waiting for my refund for about 15 days now. They first said that my refund would take place in the next 2 to 5 business days. I made contact on the 5th day because nothing has been received yet. Then the online agent Azile Kgatla told me it would take 14 days. Till today no contact has been made from them. Not even an email saying they have issues at the moment. No, I have to suck out all information from my thumb. This company is so useless in so many ways possible.

I honestly think the way they go on. That they stole my money. I will not recommend them to anyone.
