Urgent intervention required

I have an active subscription they told me it's coming to an end, and I can buyout 3 months plan and I can't extend because it's no longer allowed suddenly one is allowed to Extend at a R1700 which I don't understand and then they say the buyout is on the link sent but the buyout price has gone from R2000plus and now it's R4000 plus. they say that those are the rules but different consultant different story
