Absolutely the upmost ****tiest service I have EVER had with ANY company!

I got a treadmill from them.... Signing a contract for my account to be debited on the 1st of every month....

January I got debites earlier than agreed, February I again got a payment request..... I requested via email to please update the records accordingly as per the signed contract. Needless to say, I made the payment 24 Feb..... 01 March I got another payment request, on an account already paid 24 Feb....the email states that if you made payment, to ignore the message.... Which I did! I then received a default payment email! I made yet another payment 04 March!

Waiting FOREVER for a reply on WhatsApp it was eventually confirmed 14 March (after trying for more than a week to get confirmation or any communication from them) that both payments reflect!

Guess what.... I received an email saying only 1 payment reflects! How is it possible that 1 company can give 2 different answers on the same account!

I still have not received any other confirmation that both payments reflect! I have asked for a statement more than 10 times already!
