Unrulily behaviour

I signed a 6 month subscription and commenced from June was supposed to end December 2025. Rentoza continued to debit January to date. I asked them yesterday that the additional 3 months will be added to my buyout, but the agent rudely said no, and I lack knowledge and requested escalation and said that it won't change anything because of the fact that still remains. Very unprofessional conduct and was given a final notice but no clarity. Says I must submit my chats via WhatsApp from WhatsApp I hardly keep their chats delete them don't deem the important.
