Unreliable, Unprofessional company

Rentoza support team is by far the worst. They don't care about their customers. I have contacted them on countless occasions over a locked device after I have paid all subscriptions and buyout. They have the audacity to send an ownership certificate for a device that is locked. I still can't use the device that I supposedly have ownership of. Their support team has all of a sudden gone mute on me.
