Unreliable Service from Rentoza and Internet Express

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience with Rentoza and their chosen courier service, Internet Express, which has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

On the 14th of this month, I entrusted Rentoza with a parcel for delivery. Despite eagerly awaiting its arrival and even taking time off from work in anticipation, I have yet to receive the package. After reaching out to Internet Express, I was shocked to discover that my parcel seems to have vanished, with no record of it being scanned into or out of their depot.

This lack of accountability and communication from both Rentoza and Internet Express is unacceptable. Despite reaching out to Rentoza with my concerns last week Thursday, I have not received any response or resolution.

I urge Rentoza to reconsider their partnership with Internet Express and to prioritize the reliability and satisfaction of their customers. It's evident that there are serious shortcomings in their current arrangement, causing frustration and inconvenience for customers like myself.

I hope that by sharing my experience here, others can be aware of the potential issues with Rentoza's service and that both companies take swift action to rectify this situation.
