UNRELIABLE

I was renting an iphone 11 and the term of the iphone expired and I had no issue with it until I rented a second device which was the laptop. The rental works as prepaid, you pay before they deliver the device and then use it and its a recurring process. I asked to return their device and they said they were going to sent a collection request and I have been struggling to return their device because they gave the couriers the wrong details and they also sent my details to a place called Accountability to which threaten to blacklist me on credit bureau. I have sent numerous emails and I have been sent from piillar to post. They have locked the iphone that was not part of the agreement instead of the laptop.
