I am soooooo upset.

This company is so unprofessional. I had a contact with them and paid it off even paid off the buy out price in November 2023. Every month end since then they lock the phone and I need to contact them to tell them to unlock it as I am no longer in business with them.

This is so frustrating as I had requested to be taken off their system because I I had finished paying them off, what system do they use also because why was it not updated that I paid them off.
