Unprofessionalism

Good day,

I have been requesting since last month if not February for assistance to resolve the display message on screen, to which i was told cannot be removed remotely and the device will have to be collected.

Last week if not the week before i then requested it be collected.

Rentoza? What is this? What service is this? I had said in previous emails IT IS A MATTER OF URGENCY. My emails have not been acknowledged neither have a received any feedback.

This is unprofessionalism at its peak. This cannot be every time clients communicate it takes 10 business years for feedback.
