Unprofessional service

Caleb from Rentoza is unprofessional. Hangs up on customers when they call to check on the status of the order. A delivery time was set for “around 11” when called for an update a 1pm he was rude and said “I don’t have a answer to this. if you have things to do then reschedule or sit and wait for me to get there”. Treatment of clients is unprofessional and shows disregard.
