Unprofessional business and poor communication

I purchased iphone12 on 23 January 2025 R1210 was debited from my account and received an order that estimated date for my order is 13 February 2025 and they said if there are any changes it will be communicated prior however I have not received any updates from them instead for the past 2 weeks I was the one who kept on sending them emails and messages on Facebook asking for an update on my order,they kept on saying”kindly note your estimated date of your order is 13/02 and will receive updates on your email”. Today is the 13/02 and no update has been sent, when I send them messages they respond like AI agents and my debit order I had set to be the 23rd of every month. How will I pay for something I do not have in my possession? If the IPhone 12 I ordered why am I not offered another iPhone?
