Unpaid subscription
I have a 3 month subscription of hell with the company, can't contact them and all i get is unpaid emails saying they have debited and no funds, o have to pay through link sent on the email, but the 1st payment went through with no hustle, the 3 installments are hell, please change your system as this is not good service

As per our records, we attempted to charge your card several times and for all the attempt charges you did not honor the payment. Receiving unpaid subscription emails is a policy and procedure for every subscription payment that is missing. For a seamless customer experience in future please ensure that you honour the attempt charge to avoid paying with a link.
