unpaid refunds & despicable service

THis business is not even worth a 1 star review - I would have gone into minuses if it allowed me. That said, I app**** & was approved, but had issues with their verification app. I had to message 13x before I received a reply 2 days later- I then decided to not go ahead & asked to be refunded - the payment that take of before you've even been approved BTW. This happens as you hit the subscribe button - now 14 days later - still no refund - I have been told there was a system error, then they had done the reversal - but still nothing. You cant call and all their platforms you can reach out on is automated and no1 cares enough to reply. Pathetic service!! unhelpful and they STILL owe me money - anit it's no 200bux either - please just try another alternative- do not use them.
