UNPAID REFUND

DO NOT USE RENTOZA! I've been waiting for a refund from these people since February, and we're now nearing April. Their response has always been that they're looking into it and their finance team is working on processing my refund. Now they've stopped responding on WhatsApp and email completely. They're so quick to take your money in the beginning but when it's time for them to refund you need to fight and back and forth for your own money. I will never make this mistake again. They're just plain *****.
