UNHAPPY!!!!! FOR THE 2ND TIME AROUND POUR SERVICE!!!

Once again Rentoza!!! 2nd time around placing orders and we as the clients has to wait over 3/4 months for our orders to be delivered, what gets to me they will provide a date as to when it will arrive, but then on that day or date provide no delivery!! you have to keep following up and then they reply with.. Unfortunately, we have been informed of a delay affecting the dispatch of your item. They don't have contact numbers to call they reply after 3-4 days!! I mean they have so much time to make a back up plan to ensure clients get their orders on time, BUT NO its like they forget!! NO RETAIL WILL TAKE THIS LONG, EVEN TAKING A LAY BYE OUT IS FASTER AND ITS YOUR ONCE DONE!!! BUT RENTOZA NO JUST SOMETHING ELSE!!!! THE BEST PART YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE DEBIT HAS TO GO OFF, BOOM!!! JUST A REMINDER THAT YOUR DEBIT WILL GO OFF ON SUCH A DATE, FORGETTING THAT THEY MADE YOU WAIT FOR SUCH A LONG TIME, FAST FOR THE REMINDER BUT SLOW ON THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY SIDE!!!! LIKE MY 1ST ORDER ARRIVED AND THERE WAS NO POWER CABLE THE WAS MISSING AND IT TOOK THE A WHILE TO DELIVERY THE CABLE, I WONDER WHAT IT WILL BE THIS TIME AROUND!!!!!
