The third worst expierience ever! Ive been loyal since last year. Firstly the !st agent who offered me a upgrade to a 5G but then trick me by sending me a colour agreed on but a 4G and not the 5G like i agreed. i think none of them didnt think i would figure out the incorrect ph was sent. Courier is arranged because the driver keeps updating that im not willing to hand in the phone which isnt the truth. Im waiting for my correct upgrade to be despatched but they keep telling me i need to hand over the phone first. . I said i need a phone immediatley because its part of my work daily
