Unhappy disappointed customer

Oh my God I regret buying a device from this company I've paid it up buy our but as I'm writing its locked I can't use it and I bought out I April now it's August it just locked I've been sending numerous emails without help I've paid almost R40k for this device all of a sudden it's still managed by them for what I don't know I'm sooo disappointed with Rentoza I will never buy anything from them
