Unhappy customer

Not sure what is happening at Rentoza, but I have made another order with them till to date, they have not responded to any of my emails, calls not working, dont respond to WhatsApp. The current phone I have paid but it's still locked and I am very frustrated now, thinking of the amount of money I have paid with no phone and not knowing what is going on. I think the Credit Act is not being followed there and the Ombudsman must be informed about this matter.
