UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I am not Happy with the service from Rentoza. They deducted 5 times the instalment due on the 25th of last month, and I have no replies to my e-mail, and any from them contact me. I have sent numerous emails, to no avail. I feel that the customer service is bad, and there is not open communication channel for customer to enquiry or complain.
