UNHAPPY AND FEEL ******

I am partially happy and partially unhappy. I ordered a PS 4 which I received and I ordered a laptop. I have since been promised the laptop would be delivered since last week. Everyday the story changes I paid on 26.03.2021 already its now 08.04.2021 and the laptop is still not received. Every consultant gives me a different answer. This laptop needs to be delivered before 09.04.2021. I am still waiting, and upset that I have been paying for something for 2 weeks and still not have it? I would have loved to purchase more items but if this is what I am getting I think I am just going to finish the 12 months and move on.
