Unhappy about waiting time for refund

So I app**** for a rental contract with Rentoza, after numerous document requests that they requested from me, they sent me notification that the rental agreement was not approved and that my money which I paid t them last week will be paid back within 6-12 working days, so u are expected to make an immediate payment to there company to activate your application, however they want u to wait for your refund for 6-12 working days, how pathetic is that, why do I now need to wait that long for my money to be paid back, I am not satisfied with the service they are now providing...
