I'm am not happy at all with how they have been handling my two subscriptions! The customer service Team is the worst for me. I've been with Rentoza since April and only 1 agent stood by his promise and delivered good service but the rest is just pits for me. I have requested to raise a complaint several times but doesn't seem as though they have a complaints handling team
