Unfulfilled Orders and Refunds.

On the 11th of August, I ordered an iPhone XR to which I was going to rent to own in 6/12 months. I paid for my order and submitted all the necessary documents including the bank where they were supposed to deduct. 2 weeks later my order was still not delivered. In an email I sent afterwards requesting the refund, I was told it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and its been over a week in the middle of the 2nd one still no refund. A week I also spoke to a consultant who told me there was no refund request lodged. So the one that I recently spoke to said they will process.. It was after I was blamed for ordering a blue color of an iPhone that they did not have in Stock rather a black one although I ordered the black one from the onset. I have emails confirming this in my order. This business has failed me.
