Unenrollment of laptop

I have been renting a laptop from Rentoza and now have paid for it in full on a buy-out. It is more than a week now that I struggle to have an agent assist in removing the Mobicontrol Agent from my laptop. All you get is automated emails and no concrete solution. Very frustrating that we cannot phone and talk telephonically to explain the issue!
