Unbelievable!!!

I app**** for a subscription with Rentoza in early December but decided to cancel due to their poor service. I was refunded and thought that was the end of it. However, to my shock, I noticed an unauthorized charge from Rentoza today, despite having NO active subscription!

This is completely unacceptable. Not only do they charge people without permission, but they also seem to retain payment details even after cancellation. Because of this, I was left unable to pay other important accounts.

Rentoza, I demand my money back immediately and compensation for this nonsense. People should be warned—stay far away unless you want surprise deductions from your account!
