Unacceptable Service – Still Waiting for My Refund!

I placed an order for a rental laptop on **February 19, 2025**, and on **February 20**, I was informed that the item was out of stock. I was given the option to either wait or request a full refund. I immediately requested a refund, yet **to this day, I have not received any updates or my money back.**

It is extremely disappointing that taking payment is so quick and effortless, but issuing a refund takes forever. **This is unacceptable customer service**—ignoring refund requests makes it feel like you are ****ming customers.

I have tried to be patient, but I demand immediate action. I want my money back NOW.

Would not recommend dealing with this company based on my experience.
