What a bad experience with unknowledged customer service representatives, I placed an order on the 14th April 2023 and got verified same day waited for that 14 days ETA my order was delayed by the supplier.

Mind due no communication has been sent to me had to followed them up today the 15th May 2023 all of a sudden I received an email saying my order has been cancelled with no feedback or a reason why ? After waited a whole month for bullsh**t.

Yall need to train your customer service representative some customer centric skill especially Thato Maqina who kept me on the loop and made me wait for an item that will be canceled.
