****ty Service!!!! Avoid them!!! ****!!!

I placed an order on 15 October 2025, and I have yet to receive the item. After requesting a swap on 14 January, I selected an alternative item and paid the difference; however, it was later confirmed to be out of stock.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this via WhatsApp, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I cancelled the order, but my refund remains outstanding. They still haven't refunded me, and it is now month 6.

This matter has been ongoing for several months, and I now request urgent resolution and confirmation of my refund.
