****ty Rentoza service and staff

I have been emailing them for more than a month as well as calling them...I am going on ill health retirement, so in my emails I have asked them 3 things: 1 - How I go about cancelling my contract as I am going on Illhealth retirement or 2 - Are they able to assist me with lower payments for just 3 months until my retirement is finalised and I know exactly what my income will be or 3 - how much will I pay to buy off my account and keep my devices? Not in one of my mails I received back did they answer my questions, they only told me they will send the courier to collect my things and I'm liable for payments until my contract ends mid next year...so I kept on sending them the same questions then I called...but yesterday I got this ****ty letter saying that I must pay R8500 immediately to keep my things!!! Then this morning they had one of the rudest women ever call me demanding the date on which I am paying the R8500!!!! So I asked her if she read my mails or WhatsApps or can she at least explain why I must pay R8500 immediately where she got so ****ing annoying she talked so loudly that my husband in the other room could hear her and she kept on shouting and telling me about the R8500 I must pay and the more I explain the more she is telling me to shut up and then obviously I got ****ed off and then she just said she will hand me over because I either pay now or collect and I said no one is doing anything until someone at Rentoza can call me and explain my 3 questions and she shouted well I am handing you over and dropped the call in my ear!!! I mean I am their client I am paid up to date except for the 25th as my pay date has changed which they also have not bothered looking at!!! What kind of business are they running if that is how their staff is dealing with clients??? As I am writing this I'm still on the phone trying to get hold of someone at Rentoza but only received another threatening response!!! How ****ty can a service provider be???
