Tiyani Baloyi does not deserve to be in customer service.

No stars actually. Received the worst service possible from a Mr Tiyani Baloyi. Who was very rude to me and I have been a loyal customer. In his words, " I will not assist you until you apologize to me. I placed orders of a laptop no feedback going for 2 weeks. Ordered a smart watch the watch is used. When I asked to please confirm why I purchased a used watch he refused to help me. I have never experienced such in my life.
